acat and polaris push 5 year highs with stock

Despite a brief hiccup in its stock price last week, Arctic Cat's performance in the stock market matches its ZR snowmobiles, hard on the throttle and charging ahead. Five years ago Cat stock was barely at $10 per share. Over that time frame Cat stock has nearly doubled in value.
In the past 12 months, Polaris, traded on the New York exchange, has gone from a $40 stock to one that has pushed $80 per share on occasion. Five years ago, Polaris stock was selling at just over $20 per share.
In the past 12 months Cat stock has gone from $12 per share to $20.75 per share in open trading on the NASDAQ.
With strength in growing ATV sales offsetting the results of poor winter seasons, both Arctic Cat and Polaris have been able to build on their assets until winter returns and the snowmobile industry's sales rebound.
