Why were we ever skeptical?
Basically what you’re looking at here is a racy feeling and handling sled with a less racy engine. You get a sporty ride and feel, but with a modest top-end.
Some of us got the speedometer to edge near 80 mph on wide-open lakes. On trails we saw 65 mph with the throttle pegged. Most of the time though, when you’re in the trees, you’ll just be goosing the throttle hard coming off corners and having a blast with its quick acceleration.
Remember, high horsepower is only vital for top speed, or if your sled is really heavy, or the rider is!
