Phazer Rough endsThe Phazer ties the Sno Pro 500 for the most expensive sled in this segment. We aren't sure how many customers are willing to shell out $8,299 for the several year old FX chassis. We also feel the Phazer RTX is a bit tippy in the trails and is better suited for an MX track or rough cross-country endeavor than a long-distance trail ride.
We also would rather have 1.25-inch lugs on this sled for true rough-trail, loose snow, and cross-country applications.
RTX Bottom Line A true rough trail sled, this one has all the upgraded parts, but that's reflected in the price. This is the most reliable engine in this class, but also the heaviest sled of these four. You definitely get your money's worth with the Phazer, and we would have a riot on a custom built MX-track in grandpa's back-40 on this thing!
