ErgonomicsThe REV-XP chassis, introduced a couple seasons back, is well designed and comfortable for most every size rider. We had no complaints of knee thumping on the cowling anymore and the seat is a nice mix of being thin enough to maneuver on, but comfortable enough for a long ride.
We would like a larger windshield to stay warmer and to keep the wind from hitting you in the chest so much. Our tests, with this sled in particular, show a taller shield will speed you up at least 1 mph as it cuts your wind resistance.
Not exactly ergonomics, but most of us also would like to see some under seat storage or a trunk of some sort so we can take maps, a water bottle and a few tools along with us.
On a good note, our MXZx didn't require any maintenance and with a 4-stroke engine we weren't burning, or buying, any oil throughout the season. Overall, the MXZx 4-TEC was one great sled.
