The Thumpers are coming, there is no doubt. Both Polaris and Arctic Cat have shown that four-stroke engines can be applied to snowmobiling with good result. We were satisfied with the prototype and preproduction units we had for testing last spring. Based on that experience, we are positive about them as the future of our sport.
