American Snowmobiler's 2006 Shoot-Out will be Aug. 19-20 at US 131 Dragway in Martin, Mich.
This year AmSnow will partner with the National Snowmobile Drag Race Association (NSDRA) and its sponsor Torco Fuels, along with the Pro Snowmobile Grass Drag Association (PSGDRA). The 17th Annual Shoot-Out will run in conjunction with those groups sponsored races.
At the event, American Snowmobiler will test new manufacturer stock sleds out of the box on both asphalt and grass, accompanying the NSDRA and PSGDRA events. US 131 Dragway will be home to the entire weekend-long event.
Additional working partners that we just added include Straightline Performance, Hauck Performance, Land & Sea, Inc. (Dynomite Dynamometer) and Yamaha.
"Martin is the perfect venue, and this is a great time of year to get more people excited about the upcoming snowmobiling season," said NSDRA's Jamie Bellman.
