So I took delivery of a new Khaos 165 with a 2.75 track today. However, I noticed it had some lugs bent pretty bad. The dealer says they'll straighten out and it was just from how it was sitting in storage. Though I'm not sure.

Thoughts?

Dealer is right. The track was probably recently sitting on a dolley and only bent the lugs that were in contact with that dolley. If for some strange reason they don't, you might clamp them to a small board and then heat the exposed face with a hair dryer. It's rubber and rubber has memory. Plastic does not have memory and requires a hair dryer to restore the original shape.
