I recently bent the rear tunnel extension on my 06 m-7 and have ordered most of the 09 parts to fix it. My question is what should i use for a snow flap? I didn't want to spend a bunch of money for the stock 09 flap. Any ideas?

I am running the flap from the KingCat. I used a Ski Doo flap support from a 01' Summit 800.

How about for a VE tunnel? What are you guys using?
Good question, getting ready to do a VE bumper on mine. But can't decide on what flap to run. I think the 09 flap is ridiculous. Be curious to see some pics of finished ones in here.

Best thing to do is chuck it in the trash cut one down or run one at all. They just drag and hold you back in the powder. Took a while for my buddy to convince me to do it since it looks a little strange but it works. Just make sure your frends are staying behind you a ways though cuz it really throws the snow chunks on the hardpack stuff!

How about a piece of 16 inch wide coveyor belting? This is what I run, but I don't have a picture. Sorry.
The 09 sucks, there are a few of us with broken ones. mine made it less than 800 miles.
You can put the 08 flap on, like how the bdx kits run them.
