SLP Can on 09 M8???

Have the opportunity to get an SLP can dirt cheap for my new sled, stone stock. Coming from an M7 which were somewhat finicky with adding cans, how are the 09 M8's? Not adding pipe, etc, just adding a can only.

Sled runs awesome as is right now and I dont want to chance messing that up if this can (or any can) will do that. Thoughts, experience???

run a hps can. ive seen the o9's with them. they didnt appear to have any bog.

SLP will not be a whole lot louder than stock, but you will know the difference. HPS or MBRP etc. are really loud, I personally would get an hps though.

Well, that's what I was hoping I'd hear; no loss in power or rideability (bog) and minimal sound increase. Was looking at a cheap few pound loss.

im thinking the same thing. Then later you can add the SLP pipe and y pipe if wanted

I have a SLP can on mine. No bog, nice weight loss and a good sound without the obnoxious noise
