Rebuilt + Future turbo

Hey guys, I am going to rebuild my 17' AXYS Pro RMK. Its got 2500 miles. Not to open a can of worms but is there a consensus top end kit that is best for the Silber I am planning this summer for it. Or is there anything I should consider while I have it torn apart with the notion I am going to turbo it?
