New product for Arctic Cat Sleds!

I got my template two days ago. Used it yesterday. It's nice.

The Template measures 38.5 mm, which is perfect for the 04 mountain cat 900 of my dads.

My king cat needs to be adjusted at 39.5 so I put a mark 1 mm out from the edge, and just went to the mark.


I adjusted my dads with a tape measure, and mine I had the option of using the template. It sure made things easier.

Thanks for the props. I spent a lot of time with the a couple guys at Arctic Cat and the engineers have settled on 38.5 for the 800 and 900 standup motors. They had an update on the powervalve cables for the 800/900 a couple years ago and the cables are slightly different. So the told me 38.5 is the setting.

Just a quick note. I have had a few guys asking about the M8/M1000. They are the same. Right now the M8 tools will say M1000 on them. If you order an M8 tool and get a 1000 piece it is OK.
