LCD message on gauge

Went riding and my gauge starting jumping from the odometer to the tripometer. Then it went to the letters LCD and nothing works now. It just has the letters LCD. Any ideas???

better phone dealer order new one, buddies xf1000 same thing no fix. warrentied on his.

Does it still run normal?

Make sure guage didn't get wet inside, M1000 did same and after dried out was alright. If it continues it is nfg though.

cat has a recall on most of their gauges from the past couple years. they get wet and stop working. you can either get a new one or take that one off and dry it out for a couple days.
