How do I adjust powervalves??

I am working on an 2002 Mountain Cat 800. I had one pv cable break and was wondering how to reset them properly.

Pull the slack out of them and measure just the exposed cable. I'm sorry but I don't have the exact measurnment for you for that year. Could have been 33.5mm but someone else should chime in if this is incorrect.
