Anyone know if there is any grass drags this summer in Washington state?

Yes we r going to have a couple of events in Union Gap (Yakima), Wa coming up, I will post the schedule either tonight or tomorrow, but first race is July 14-15

FLAT TRACK- GoCarts/ Lawnmowers/ UTV/ ATV/ Motorcycle
ALL TERRAIN OBSTACLE TRACK- UTV/ ATV/ Motorcycle

ALL ATHLETES $25 ENTRY FEE
TICKETS $20 a car load, $30 a RV load
Open seating bring lawn chairs

We have a 1/8th mile dirt track, a 4 lane drag track, a all terrain obstacle track, & a freestyle arena.
GATES OPEN AT 9am RACING STARTS AT 11am

Where in Union Gap is it being held?

Any info on class breakdown?
How about overnght camping?

so you are not doing any drag racing on the sat aug 11th just on the sunday?

That's what the schedule shows, let me make sure it didn't get changed & I will let you know for sure on that.

Ok the races r on Sunday but if you want to come down Saturday the track will be open for tuning or practice if you want & you can camp over night too or whatever

Sweet, I have raced against you guys before at Chelan, it will be nice to get some more fast sleds out there. I hope you guys come down, you have to be patient though cause almost everyone involved is new for the drags part but I will be helping run the boards & the track if needed? Try & get as many people that you know & are willing to come from over there too, you can camp over night at track if needed, lots of room

It's gonna be perfect for us. Our race shop is in Naches & we've been trying to find somewhere close for even just testing. We are willing to do whatever to help make this grow. For sure we will spread the word! Don't worry about us not being patient, we'll help you guys out however we can. Thanks again for the info!
