Dragon '08 updates

I'm wondering if anyone else is having troubles getting Polaris to stand behind their updates and the warranties? I've had two updates done and the engine has blown up again and now they say my warrenty is no good. I know of several others that have had had similiar problems. I'm wondering just how many of us there are?
