so i have been doing alot of little things to my m7 just when i think im all done i try to go riding today and .4 miles in i break the stuip plastic axel spacers that hold the tensioner in place on the axel. wtf arctic cat plastic that was a real good idea wasnt it. so does any one have a place were you can get something real like aluminum or im i stuck with the f**king god damn plastic ones any help please :mad:

What I did was drill a hole in the plastic where the bolt can go all the way to the axle. Makes the axle a little rough when you want to pull it out but I have never slipped in 3 years now.

i was thinking of doing that but i really hate plastic i feel alum is beter for this it is a good idea mtn-x and that is problay do to get it back up and going till i can find aluminum ones
