I am in the midst of rebuilding my sons 1995 500, and yes, I took some before pics. I will post the after pics in a couple of months. However, I have run into a problem. I ordered a clutch puller for the stock clutch that is on the machine, and I have broken 2 3/4" wrenches trying to get it off. The puller is aftermarket and when it reaches full depth it is contacting something which is cutting into the metal of the puller. What gives? Does anyone have a clue what the stock primary clutch was? I thought it was a P85, and it is stamped with Polaris and USA on the outside. What cluitch was stock and where can I find the correct puller to get it off? Thanks eveyone.
