Hi
I have a 2012 M1100 Turbo with Ez jacker1.9 and BMP Powder Lite exhaust.
Someone with experience in what kind of weights , springs, helix I need?
What is recommended ?
We have a kit for your application. We have kits available for all power levels and elevations. The ez jacker and muffler picked you up around 25-30 hp. You want to run the motor between 7700-8000 rpm, though it will make power all the way to the rev limiter. But if you keep the rpms down a bit, then you utilize the torque of the motor and put more power the track.
The torsion spring we make for our kit allows you have some adjustability for backshifting, but the big benefit is it won't coil bind like they do stock. You stock clutches won't go past a 1:1 ratio because of the stock driven setup. We gain a 10-15% overdrive with our helix and torsion spring design.
