Any information? Have a 14 skidoo summit 800. Got rid of the stock 8 in. Riser and changed it to a 5 in.now the throtle cable is extremely sensitive. If in the right spot it will idle fine but then when you press throttle it doesnt move. If you move the cable around then the rpms rev up to high 3000s. Any ideas?

Sounds like it might not be resetting properly. I had a similar problem when I moved cables around after a post forward install. Did you remove the cable from the flipper at all? I did and didn't fully seat the cable end when I put it back together. It needs to click into the detent.
