Looking at several products from them for a 09 800 SB. Has anybody used their products? Are they good to work with? Do their products work?

Can't say anythinig about your sled, but they did some clutch work for our polaris ranger at work, and the thing works! They were great to work with, and were very fast in turn around time for us, we got the product when we needed it. If the sled portion of the business is ran like the portion that I worked with, you will be happy.

I have a 08 800 163 with a bikeman hi comp head and pipe / can , very happy with thier product , great sound and easy install

Erich Long (formerly from Hot Seat Performance) runs/owns the Bikeman Shop in Osceola, Wisconsin. I dealt with Erich back @ Hot Seat and all was good.

Several guys on www.hardcoresledder.com have complained of non-response to phone calls and 3 months later and they're still waiting on return of their pipes out of the Bikeman shop on the East Coast, while others claim the pipe mods don't work and the welds on them are terrible??
