What about 2014 indy 550s? Are they good?
They're all good and they all suck. Depends on what you want them to do.
To get the help you're asking for you need to tell us where you live or actually, where you'll be riding, and what type of riding you'll be doing. Also, how tall and heavy are you? Are you fairly strong? Can you do 4-5 pull ups? Aggressive riding takes technique mostly but being reasonably strong helps most guys develop that technique faster.
Your profile says you are 16. So you're a sophomore. If your family doesn't ride and you don't have your own truck then most likely ride from home which is fine. Get a $1,500 ditch banger and save your money. If you buy a mountain sled under these conditions to look cool you won't be happy. They're not geared for flat-out speed, they suck in the bumps, and they don't corner very well at higher speeds. Your friends on 92 Indys and 97 Summit Xs will smoke you on the trail and you'll just get frustrated or worse, you'll wreck really, really badly and get seriously hurt.
Now if you do live out west, at 16, how are you going to get to the hills? Is your mom, who doesn't want you to have a sled in the first place, going to drive you and wait in the parking lot for 5 hours? My guess is, doubtful.
Be realistic and get a sled that will give you the most, best riding for where you'll likely ride.
