Where can I purchase a stronger chain for my 2003kk? Browsing the forums seems hyvo is the most common however I can't seem to find many parts for a 11 year old sled
I can't swear to it but in the earlier years but Cat and Polaris both used 1" 15T splines and prior to that 7/8 13T on the jack shaft, so you should be able to get the Polaris gears to bolt right up. Rather than shelling out $ for new ones you can verify with some used ones. Or likely some one will chime in with either a thumbs up or will disprove my gut feeling.
Just be sure they are indeed HYVO sprockets as HYVO chain will not run in the old Link Belt silent chain sprockets. Nor will silent chain run on HYVO sprockets.

Browsing the forums seems HY-VO chain is the most common,
however I can't seem to find any for Arctic Cat sleds.
