First ride on my 09 boondocker 800

I just finished my boondocker pump gas turbo install last night. The install was pretty easy, took me and a friend about 20 total hours, but we were taking our time and making everything fit just right. Thanks to Justin (snowjw) at code red performance, I have never in all my years of riding had service like he has given me. He returned my calls promptly no matter when I called, and seems to know these systems inside and out. I will definitely buy from him again and recommend his him to anyone looking into getting a turbo kit. I rode it today for the first time, everything went good. I was breaking in the motor so I only was only pulling 3-5 pounds of boost, and the r's seemed to be a little low with the boost turned all the way down. Still with that said, this thing rips and I can tell that with a little more tuning it is going to be one of the best sleds I have ever ridden. I will update the post when I get more rides on it.

800BD Turbo

cpatts,

What are u running for fuel? BD is having some concerns with the boost not turning down low enough but with good fuel there is no concern. I also agree with you snowjw/justin is a good supplier with good customer service as is BD. Did you get the minicooler kit? What elevation are you riding at? I also only have a few miles on my kit now as well so it is nice to compare notes.

I am at 4-7k feet, I was running about 40%110 today just to be safe for break in. No minicooler on mine, maybe in the summer.
