The “SnoWest Anniversary Celebration” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on September 1, 2014 at 8:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on January 31, 2015 at 10 AM MT (the “Promotion Period”).


1. HOW TO ENTER:

Completing and Submitting Your Pre-Entry
To enter, go to http://www.snowest.com/polaris-signup (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to obtain the official Promotion pre-entry form (the “Entry Form”). Fully complete the Entry Form with all required information, which requires you to: (i) enter your first and last name, complete mailing address (including zip code), valid email address and telephone number; (ii) signify your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these official rules and regulations (the “Rules”); and (iv) indicate you agree to receive correspondence from SnoWest Magazine and Polaris's Newsletter and other additional information regarding upcoming events or promotions from the Promotion Organizer (optional).  You will be able to opt out at any time you chose. Once you have fully completed the Entry Form with all required information, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your completed Entry (the “Entry”). To be eligible, your Entry must be submitted and validated when you sign in at the Anniversary Celebration in West Yellowstone on January 29-31. All eligible Entries submitted will be entered into the random prize draw.  Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted by SnoWest Magazine Marketing whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value.

2. PRE-ENTRIES: 

Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for the 2015 Polaris Pro-RMK and all other prizes.  (referred to as the “Promotion”) regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries using macro, robotic, scrip or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

There is one (1)  2015 Polaris RMK, an expense paid trip for (2) for two days/three nights to ride with Chris Burandt/Burandt Backcountry Adventure,  lodging in West Yellowstone and other miscellaneous prizes are available to be won.  Prizes total over $40,000.

The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Promotion Organizer in their sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at Promotion Organizer option. Promotion Organizer reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but at Promotion Organizer sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. Prizes will only be awarded to the person whose verifiable full name and valid email address appears on the Entry Form associated with the Entry in question.

4. ELIGIBILITY: 

Promotion is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada, ages 18 years or older at the time of entry and is void where prohibited by law. Must be in attendance at the Anniversary Celebration in West Yellowstone on January 31, 2015. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each such employee) are not eligible.

5. WINNER SELECTION:

Winners will be notified during the Anniversary Celebration.  In the event the Winner doesn’t respond to Sponsor’s notification or does not accept the prize, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fails to respond as stated above, declines the prize or fails to provide signed affidavits or releases, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If any alternate(s) similarly fails to respond or declines the prize, Sponsor will use a reasonable number of attempts, in its discretion, to award the prize(s) to another alternate(s) but if it is unable to do so, the prize(s) will be finally forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.   Winners' List: Winner’ name will be posted online at www.snowest.com on or around February 2nd, 2015.

Each winner agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her Entry, name, address, voice, statements about the Promotion and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or additional compensation, in any publicity, advertisement or other promotional or commercial use carried out by or on behalf of the Promotion Organizer in any media, current or existing, including print, broadcast or the internet.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All Entries become the property of the Promotion Organizer. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Promotion Organizer with respect to all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of Entries and/or entrants. By participating in this Promotion, you are agreeing to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules. ANYONE DETERMINED TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE PROMOTION PARTIES AT ANY TIME.

The Promotion Parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be liable for any loss, damages or injury, claims or fees related to or arising out of: (i) your participation in this Promotion; (ii) any failure of the Website during the Promotion; (iii) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iv) fraudulent calls; (v) any delay or inability to act resulting from an event or situation beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or other labor dispute; (vi) the failure of any Entry to be received, captured or recorded for any reason, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (vii) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion; (viii) the award, use of misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ix) Prizes that are lost, damaged or misdirected during shipping and/or (x) any combination of the above.

The Promotion Organizer reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Promotion Organizer, in their sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Promotion as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.

By entering this Promotion, each entrant expressly authorizes the Promotion Organizer and their respective agents and/or representatives, to store, share and use the personal information submitted with his/her Promotion Entry for the purpose of administering the Promotion including, without limitation, to communicate with the entrant for the purpose of administering the Promotion, unless the entrant otherwise agrees.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Entry Form, Website and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of the Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
