Zbroz bumper install.

Got the front zbroz bumper today. Still waiting on the rear so will update thread when it's here/installed. Super excited for it to come if it's anything like the front.

No major issues with installing, minus the spare belt box will not be able to be used. Which isn't an issue for me as I will have the (woodsrider on the forum) muffpot installed on the pipe shortly (he did the prototype on my sled) which also interferes with the belt box.

So besides the belt box, it went perfect. I did however forget to weigh it and compare to stock but it's incredibly light, also has intregrated skid plate and they include a piece of thick plastic for underneath for further bulkhead protection (could use longer rivets is all).

Quality is as expected from zbroz, amazing. Powder coat is on point (btw they will do the bumpers in all the snowcheck colors)

Like I said I have the rear bumper coming and will be updated then.

Price is $289, so compare that to the Polaris bumper and then add their skid plate and it's comparable but not as nice as this IMO.

Thanks for posting this bumper. Might be the way I go now. I've been waiting for a bumper like the skins for the pro. I really liked that one, but it seems like skins is not modifying it to match the Axys. This one is the closest to it.

I've had this style of wrap around bars for a bumper before. It's the best design because the trees do not hit the arm, bend over and get caught in the open ended pumper that comes to a point. I'm sure people know what I'm talking about. I've had trees get caught in the pumper that stop me dead in my tracks.

I know exactly what you mean, same thing for me. Have had the WRP one on my 14 and worked great.
I have the Zbroz one coming for my 16, pictures look good, will be the same black on orange.
Thanks for the pics.

Here's some photos of my Z Brozs front bumper. Have to agree with everything said above. Longer rivets would help with some of the connection points. Overall this would seem to be a bombproof set up. I hope I don't need to field test it, but if I do I think it'll do what I am hoping for... save my plastic parts and pipe...

Another great thing about this bumper is how tight it is to the plastic. Not much room for snow to build up and stick / freeze behind the skid plate section.
