yz450f vs FE501

The sweet spots through various RPM ranges of these bikes do parallel one another, but can be operated differently on the high end as one revs out much longer. And YOU BET I do have dyno runs. .

Thank you! That is exactly the kind of info I was looking for. Shows really well the differences and that those differences are more than just a seat of the pants feeling. The power and sweet spot of the 450 is the real deal.

Your images of the hopped up 500 are not showing up. Would really like to see that to compare to stock 450 and 500. Thanks again!

Chad,
Thank you for notifying that the hopped up 500 image was not working....I do Believe I've fixed that link now!
Had this exact 500 out in the snow this past weekend in bottomless fluff (literally the deepest snow I've ever had it out in) and never skipped a beat all day. Slowing down to crawling speed had you burrowing to the ground with the snow coming over the radiator shrouds nearly up to the bars ....wick it open and start grabbing gears sure pops this bike out of the snow instantly. Was thoroughly impressed at the improvement compared to last year - has more of an "attitude" now proclaimed the owner of the bike.
