Ruffy,
When I recieved this email, it reminded me that things are not always as they seam. I too have family blood in Frances soil. With that though, no, I did not intend to bash France even though I think they are a bunch of ungrateful forgetful spineless cowards. I am touring Europe next year and I honestly have mixed emotion on rather I even want to see France and "GAY" Paris.
You should feel "Rosy over here" each and every day when you get to go outside and not see your town destroyed and your neighbors lying dead in the streets. The fact your children can go to schools and run and play at will is a blessing like no other. Do you ever stop and just watch as children play? Not a care in the world, just enjoying the moment. I try and remind myself to make the most of the moments I have to enjoy life because of the freedoms I have. I have had some dark and desperate times in my short life but cant imagine life anywhere else but here in the good ol' U. S. A.
The stories help remind me of why I love being American no matter if the rest of the world understand our actions or not. I do not agree with much that Bush did and I felt a sense of relief when he left office, but never did I not respect him as our leader.
BTW, Thanks for the Reps guys!
