yellow warning light 08 nytro

when the yellow warning light is on look at the dash there will be another icon on. more than likely, yours will be a gas pump icon. ski

Yes, don't feel sheepish. I have had 5 or 6 sleds per year come in with the warning light lit up and they are just low on gas. When you get down to one bar you will get the warning light. You can rule out other problems unless your dash is giving you a numbered code, which then could be a number of problems.

Does this also go for the apex.

I got my sled on its side yesterday and the yellow light came on with the engine icon in the display. I was also low on fuel. If I had an owners manual I would read it, but i lost it. Then last night, i was messing with the sled in the trailer and start and stopped the sled several times. I got the yellow light and the engine icon again. Someone told me this could mean either oil pressure or water temp.

Any help would be great.

Anyone got an opinion for me on this. I dont want to hurt anything.

My T-Nytro will do the same if it's on it's side for a minute or 2, or if it's been upside down. Usually letting it sit for 3-4 minutes will clear the warning light & if not stopping then starting usually does the trick. Last year I went to my dealer & got them to photocopy a list (3 pages) of what all the diffrent codes mean, I thought it would be helpful on the hill - haven't had to use it yet but feel better having it with.:light:
