Kudos to http://www.yamahasportsplaza.com/ they are doing a small warranty item through the mail for me. My local dealer wanted me to bring in the sled for them to look at it for themselves, for a $30 part I don't think I'll give up the sled for a week let alone waste 3 hours in transport time. After 2200 miles my only failure with this sled is the back up beeper... I buy a lot of stuff from these guys also they have great prices and service...

I don't know if she can beat other prices. When I contacted her about a skid plate for my Nytro, she didn't know what I was talking about. After sending her clarification, she just hasn't ever bothered responding. I'm willing to pay a few dollars more for decent customer service that she isn't providing!

I have had great service with Yamaha sports plaza, and I have yet to see anyone beat their prices. It was sad to see them move away. But I still do all my business with them.

I ordered a set of hifaxes from them . I took the numbers right off the website for 03 rx1 mountain and they sent me 121'' hifaxes. It seems that the Yamaha fish is wrong and they haven't tried to make it right. I ended up getting a set from a local dealer.
