There is definitely one thing we get allot of..emails and vmails... and sometimes we get jammed up or we just can't get through them all in time...

Give us a call?!?! What good will that do when you don't answer your phone....or emails, or voice mails?
I've been trying to contact you for a couple weeks and not once have I gotten a reply back from email or voicemail. AND, when I call, NO ONE answers no matter what time I call.
I suppose that is a great way to keep the returns down.

Yes I did notice it was 2 years old. Considering they took my money and shipped the part, I am assuming they are still in business.
Lucky it was only a $40 part I'm going to lose out on.
