I originally said I wouldn't recommend them but I would now and they have the best prices around period!

Andrew, That is not fair!! I'm pretty sure I told you about BOSS's foam machine going down for almost 3 weeks... We have no control over that. or how fast they produce them
Yes, you did order in July which in any other situation would have been more than enough time.
They have promised to be caught up and have all seat that where due by 10/31 delivered by 11/31...
I'm sorry for the delay but bad mouthing us over something that we have no control over is just no fair
especially when we have been if contact with you and have tried to keep you informed

I second this Boss not only lost their foam machine but their shapers walked off the job and they had to train new ppl to shape the foam. These seats are HAND made so if you want quality you have to have patience.

i ordered some hand gaurds earlier this year and everything was fine, but i ordered a riser block a month or two ago and i am yet to get it and they wont email me back about it

There is definitely one thing we get allot of..emails and vmails... and sometimes we get jammed up or we just can't get through them all in time...
I have ordered some stuff from these guys and no complaints here.

Got to be about this time next year because like posted above I bought a seat in July and still no seat. Like Xtreme said they are not the only one in this situation everyone that sells boss seats is and I still dont see if I dont have mine how are they going to get all the seats up to 10/31 shipped out by 11/31? my .02
I guess I jumped the gun on this one because since I posted this thread I have way more info about the situation and the communication from xtreme has been great. They have given me all the info that they have gotten from boss. I definitely would buy from them again. It is just hard to swallow spending money and waiting four months but in the end it is not the dealers fault.

When I ordered my boss seat last year at the end of July I hade a date of Nov. to get it and it came Jan, 6 this year it sucks to wait but the have great seats.
