Sled rode great past 2 days then all of the sudden it won't tach and there is tons of vibration. What could cause this? Any feedback would be great

just had the same exact thing happen to me a couple days ago, bushing and rollers were completely destroyed and parts got so hot they actually seized together.
Yep you need bushings and rollers. Mine did the same thing. Mine actually broke the spring cup.
Yep! Broken clutch, Bushing or arms.

agreed. clutch.
Might not be broken...had the same thing happen on my buddies and took the clutch apart and it was so dirty it wouldn't work. The bushing had a very thick layer of belt crud on it but once we cleaned it all up and put it back together it worked again.

probably the main bushing, mine went out and did the same thing.
