xp shock rebuild pressure??

i looking at my front shock and it is bagged out, i was going to get the oilchanged and recharged, i remember BIG JOHN saying the 08 shocks were not charged properly from the factory, dose anyone know the proper pressure to run in all the shocks, i am going to pull all the shocks out and redo them, looks like i will keep my 08 one more year and hope for some big change for the 2011 any advice on what to pressure the shocks to

Wow.. I have always done mine at 200. Wonder where I got that bad info.

Just got mine done it is 300psi the skidoo shop did it for free.
