Who has figured out the sag problem on the 08-09 XPs? What did you have to do and do you have any pics?

Some people don't like sag in the rear,,, I don't. But the 08 & 09 XP are setup to sag alittle. The shock only provides about 4% of the lift. The spring provides 96%.

I put in a new spring which helped a lot but I would like to find a heavier duty spring.. anyone?

Looking into it today and will post some pics. Not a fix but some photos with measurements to get a baseline.

This info is from Skidoo

The correct suspension adjustment on Summit XP is measured between the spring and the rubber bumper on the rail. It should be 6" to 7" with rider and gear on the vehicle.
It is important to know that many suspension adjustments may affect the ride height.
First the ride height can only be measured on a flat surface like a garage floor. It should never be adjusted on the trail.
It is important to know that many suspension adjustments may affect the ride height. For example.
-Increased ski shock preload.
-Rear spring pre-load set too soft.
-To short of a limiter strap adjustment.
