XP rear suspension question

Has anybody moved the rear shock more vertical? I've heard mixed results, and was thinking about doing it. I was thinking it would give you less ski presure, and be worse on the trails, but good in the deep powder. I've had people tell me they loved it, and I've heard of people saying it won't climb in the deep no more. If anybody's tried it, I'd like to hear the results, or what you think it would do.
 
The biggest XP improvement 1 should consider for the rear suspenion is a shock that rebounds correctly and torsion springs that do not sage and cause excess drag as the XP is plowing through the deep snow, BIG GUY's ESPECIALLY.

The XP rear suspension for guy's over 250# is almost as horrible as the secondary clutch tool. If your getting your butt spanked on the hill have a look at how the rear suspension might be mushed out & saging causing to much drag.

They sell I think 6 different wieghts of springs for the rear. I bought 290 -310 because stock is supposed to be for up 175-195 lbs. Then, also have your dealer check to make sure that you spring is charged might just be snow check models only.( 300lbs max) Comes from factory supposedly at 200 lbs. Most XP sag until you change springs and shocks or atleast charge them up to where they should be. Dealer claimed it was all to save weight this year. (light springs and low pressure) Doesn't make sense to me. 200lbs of pressure weighs less than 300lbs? Sounds like bull@(#*$ to me. However, my sled is a lot stiffer and rides higher in the Powder!!
