XP Clutching

Ok so i wanna ask the oppion of people runnin in this great state who has the best clutching set up for alaska? I run a 154 800 summit xp soon to have new pipe and can possibly slp. Any info would be great

I am running this set up on my 08 XP. I am running a Camo extreme 16x156x2.5.

20:45 gearing
stock drivers
160/350 primary spring
solid ski-doo primary pins
clicker 4
412 primary ramps
Shockwave reverse angle secondary helix set at 3 3/4 turns out.
377 belt

A real important thing to do is align the clutches to the 2009 specs. This and the 377 eliminate the blown belts.

Grab the gas and it goes to 8300 right now and stays there until I let off the gas.

Mark knows what he's talking about so I would say either listen to that, or buy the Dynamo Joe clutch kit, that is gauranteed to get you ripping with decent belt life/temps. I've installed a couple of the DJ clutch kits, very high quality.

How much different would it be cause im running stock track than ur 156?

Probably not too much difference. I was running most of this set up with the 154 and it did good.
