in the past few weeks i have ridden a wide variety of sleds for a day at a time. my m1000, two different m7's, an 800 dragon, a 700 dragon, a XP, and a rev.
the xp made pretty good power, and climbed well. other than that i hated it. it was much harder to bank than all the others, harder to control, and was not near as flickable as the others. all the other sleds were much easier to ride including the other rev. it would make a great sled for what it was designed for--snowcross. it would make an awesome trail sled too, it was very stable. all 6 in our group came to the same conclusion of what i posted. i actually started the day on a dragon 700 but i switched with the guy who was demoing the XP. it also ran out of gas-->setup i hope.
but, to each his own i suppose.
ride it straight for two days and you will have a different opinion...
it doesnt turn or carve like a cat, which will feel very foreign at first. You will feel like it wants to just go straight all the time, but if you put in a couple days straight on the sled and figure out how to ride it, then you would have no problems carving in and out of trees. Same could be said about all sleds really...
its not the best, its not the worst... certainly in the top 2 or 3 sleds of all time though...
I give it two thumbs up...
