WTT - Nytro timbersled for stock skid

Looking at going a different route in sleds and seeing if there is any interest.

I want to trade my Nytro timbersled skid (2008 skid with last years update), 162" Iceage rails (includes hyfax, bump stops, scratchers, etc), two wheel kit (I think it is just AC's 8" two wheel axle which tsled sells) and 162" PowerClaw track.

600 miles on the skid
300 on Track and Rails.

For a 08/09 stock nytro rear skid + $2200 (I dont need the track just the skid)

I dont think I would do that trade straight up. Would probably do it for $200 plus shipping.

I would rather just trade the whole thing. Anyone?? Am I too high? I don't think this is a bad deal, but also realize most everyone has there mods done for the year.
