i ordered mine in early march.. paid in full sincce august.. patience is wearing thin
They do have new customer service but I have not seen much change. I do know that they had an issue with the foam maching going down which caused like 3 weeks of downtime. Not good this time of the year. However, I did get a letter from them saying everything is up and running smoothly now and they expect all order before oct out by the end of November. Some will be sooner. I expect your seat will come to you in the next few weeks if you can just hold on a little longer. I am not sure about seats that were ordered in the last month. I would not expect to get them right away but you should have them much before the season is over. The only exception could be a new model that is not designed yet or if they screw up or have trouble with your seat.
If you purchased a seat from me and would like a refund just let me know.

Please keep in mind if you ever want to order a Boss seat think a head and order much before you need it.
I'm curious if anyone knows the guys who own Boss and what there take is? Do they know and don't care? I read these thread about Boss all the time. After years of this same problem you'd think Boss would get the picture and fix the problem. Maybe demand is so great they don't care?
Mostly I'm curious because it makes me wonder how you can continue to provide this poor service and remain in business in the USA? It's not like their seats are some sort of secret that can't be duplicated by anyone in the business. Usually in a case like this someone with better business skills will step in and take away there market shares?????

Even if you get you seat and you have a problem...good luck.
I got mine back after 3 months and took some teeth pulling and when I got it (after they charged me $79 for repairs and shipping) they didn't have the hole made to bolt it down. I just made the cut myself but c'mon, after all the BS they put me through it still wasn't 100%.
No more Boss anything from this guy.
