Due to many requests we were forced to design and build a wide board kit for the 2003-2007 Ski Doo Rev Sled. We just finished the first production set today and installed them on Jed's Rev. We will only build 25 sets of these this season they will list for $379.00 shipped to your door. We will be ready to ship on the 15th of April.

Tech info.

We did some deflection tests on these boards in comparison to stock and had results of 30-40% increase in strength. (this does not mean you cant bend them) These boards do not utilize the factory roll edge, they come complete with a new\stronger extrusion tig welded. They also come with hill climb rear foot rests that can be used optionally and of course they are powder coated smooth black.

Thanks again for everyones input we feel that we have created another long lasting quality WRP product.

Very cool. Only one question, why run the stock length of the running board? I'd like to see the board kick up and tie into the top of the tunnel eliminating the foootrest piece and updating the look to that of the newer style sleds.(I know Ski-Doo excluded)

These WILL be on my sled next winter if I don't sell the girl. - despite my complaints.

Very good question, we had a few requests for that design but we had a few reasons to follow our design on the Xp boards. As we looked closer at shortening the board we had issues with the rear suspension bracket. The next reason is the extrusion we are tooled up for has a difficult time making that bend consistently and i didn't want to go to that ugly round extrusion that everyone else uses. The way it is now the footrest can be an option.

Thanks for the input.

They look good Mark! I was going to put your regular WRP boards and Cat edges on my REV now I'll have to look into this. :face-icon-small-coo

Those look sweet, even if they're on Jed's sled.
I sure loved my wide brds on my Dragon, so I'm sure he will too.:face-icon-small-win
