I don't understand why anyone would want a higher seat on a mountain sled if anything I think lower would be way better. A higher seat just makes it harder to move around and jump side to side. I never sit on the seat. If it was me I'd get the airframe low seat from skinz. Or if you want some extra storage get the normal one from them with their storage bag

Skinz says there seat is 2 in taller on there website. Where is this low seat you speak of?

It's all relative to height and riding style. I'm only 5'11" and a little lower seat would be kinda nice for jumping around on the sled, but I will admit I use the seat a decent amount on the ride back to the truck most days. I ride all day, usually about 1/3-1/2 way back I realize I'm pretty beat and sit down when going down the hills that have a good run out at the bottom, and smooth chunks of the trail. The taller seat of the stock sleds makes this possible as its not much to be back in an aggressive riding position.

When cat came out with their new seat on the '10's even though it was taller I sprung for one and, besides the geo mod, I'd say it was the best thing I did to that sled.

Not to long ago everyone had ape hangers for handle bars, lefty throttles, aftermarket Mountian bars, and the tallest boss, or pro-x2 seat with a riser under it on their Mountian sleds. Markets change as the sleds and riding styles evolve. Ergos are all about personal preference and setting it up for you, the rider, to be comfortable on the sled to build confidence and allow you to push yourself. If taller bars and seat do that for you then so be it, if shorter works, go that route.

I don't have any experience with these seats though. Im not 100% sure but i think its the seat diehardpoo has in his sled. They look pretty sick.

the reason i am asking is because the stock seat is very slippery, and when i sit to go down hills or down the trail it feels like my legs are all wadded up,going from side to side on the sled has never been a problem for me,thanks for your imput please keep it coming
