Can't you just write something up and have it notarized at the courthouse?

From what I understand I can write [handwriting] a will. There is a difference in hadnwriting and typed....go figure. If I die without a will [in Montana], the state automatically gives everything to my spouse. Thats the way I want it but what if she died too, then where would the kids be, etc.

Wow, I feel much better now. Matter of fact, I think I will print this out and bring it to the courthouse with me.
welp ya wanted info from someonw who's done it...what you want me to write it for you?....i can probably just print it off and have a lawyer shove it up your azz...then stop by your dentist and have him remove it, you can sign it, case closed....prick
