Total it, buy the 154 and TRY to buy it back from the ins. company. You can either part it out or turn it into a mod, new tunnel and all of the cool stuff and sell it.
I have an 08 tunnel from a $6900 insurance rebuild from last year after a head on with partner on his XP. Had 200 miles on it...looks pretty good to me. Told shop I wanted it like new so got new tunnel. $300. Goose 360-422-1222
