darn right I would AND DID not snowmobiling tho it was motorcycles,,,this was before sleds....1961 ...gave up a very good carear racing bykes,, I had been at it for 11 years, gave that up and sold 3 racing bykes and got the ring..............that was 46 years ago,,,,still have the same wife,,,and would never trade .............last monday on the way down off the hill she stoped me and said YOU NEED A BIGGER SLED.....( I sold my 900 1 M last year and was riding an 1998 A C P S) guess what I now have an 07 RMK 600..............hows that ??????????????????????

I would'nt sell the race fuel in my sled for a ring, drinking it would prolly be smarter. Why bother selling the sled now, in 3 years when its over and done she will only get half the sled.
3 years? Damn man, in some places, living common law for 6 months gives her a good crack at half your stuff.

Well she's down the road! New wife knew I was addicted when she married me. Know what, I've had more new sleds and she's gotten more jewelry than any other woman I've been with because when I ask to go do something with the boys she say's "GO AND HAVE SOME FUN!!!"
Oh and I finally found a truck that satisfies me too.....

Actually I bought my wife a 03 rev 440 and the clarity and color were perfect! Second race in she broke her ankle. sold the sled, down payment on a ring! life is good. She's happy, I'm happy!

Funny this topic should come up. I was surfing craigslist this morning and came across this guy. It looks like this guy already had the ring but is looking to mod the wife and get rid of the sled for awhile. Come on guys help him pay for his new mods.

Shorten one side of the bars with a pipe cutter, now you have a ring don't you. And the story of how this ring came from something you loved so much! She will think the world of it until you get tired of riding with one bar shorter than the other and carefully swipe it back at night and re-weld it back on the bars. And the best part she would hate to break the news to you about losing the ring, she will have to buy her own handle bar ring.
