working on my sons 120 (200)

hey guys. thought i would share our little project we are working on. some of you may remember me putting a home made long track kit on my sons 120 a couple of years ago. well, after 2 years of bashing, and hitting a culvert going full speed, it was time to retire the stock susp. and frame. i built a new tunnel for it out of .080" aluminum and re-installed the bulkhead. i gave the tunnel a tip up at the back so that it resembled a bigger sled. i also extended the tunnel another 4" beyond what i had done before. then it came to the front susp. which is pretty much done now. i just need to finish welding it up. then i go on to the rear susp. which will equipped with fox floats as well, just like the front. i went with the floats because i did not want to have to play around trying to obtain the correct spring rate. rather just dial in the air pressure and be done with it. the motor is a 200 honda which i advanced the timing 6 degrees and will be getting the head shaved when its time for that part.
anyway, here are a couple pics. i ahve too much money invested and time so when he is done with it, it will hang by steel cable from the roof of my garage to look at!!:face-icon-small-hap
