Woods and Steele Conditions

Anyone been up toe Woods and Steele lately? Just wondering with the 2000ft lot what the situation is. Looking to break free from Gold Creek/Katchees/Stampede for a day and ride out to Taneum or Frost Mtn. maybe.

Rode there the week before last and snow was thin at best down low at the snow park. Once we got up top conditions were suprisingly good. Grooming is done for the year so get ready to practice your rythm sections the whole way up.

"thin at best" as there is possible dirt now? snow down to the snopark atleast?

i'm thinking 4k ft should be all snow for sure everywhere right now.. i hope..
i'd like to venture past "the pass" a little ways for once.
