it seems real funny to me that they are worried about coyotes when they reintroduced the wolf.
wolves will kill more of them than humans. i have had people tell me u know when you have wolves because the coyotes will quit howlin. if these greenies seen what a coyote did to one of my cows a few years back they might think a hair different.
she had a breeched calf which means it was coming backwards with its leggs tucked under. (butt first) the coyote got ahold of the calf got it out and then just drug it away from the cow. not before eating on her while she was obvously still alive. the struggle broke her pelvis so all she could do was crawl and watch. when i found it it looked like a horror movie. scared the sh*t out of me. i spent about a month trying to bring the cow back to health so there wouldnt be a complete loss but did not work. i did get to watch the coyote get wacked from a helicopter by our federal trapper. bet he never does that sh*t again hehehe. i have also found them running and trying to corner my calves. my antidote is either a .17 or a .223. seems to be good medicine.
in my opinion they should have taken a peice of rope, tied a cinder block to each end and then dropped it on the coyote. this country is already going down the pipes. if we start spending money to reverse nature on everything it will only get worse. it was just that coyotes time to die. i suppose the greenies will hold a service on the lakeside with candles and the whole works. poooooooooooor wittle cwitter.
