Wondering what happened with my M7

I have an 05 M7 that I put on a CPC intake and can. It rips up in the mountains but back home at 1000 ft elevation it bogged REAL bad. I changed out the can with the stock one and the bog is gone....was it too lean at lower elevation? If so, why didn't the ECU compensate for it?

I thought I would add this since maybe someone else had this problem and was scratching their head about it.

You need to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and guage - set your fuel pressure down to 40 psi or just under and your problem will be gone.
M7's have fuel pressure that is factory set too high. Runs fine with the stock can - but as soon as you install an aftermarket can it's far to rich.
