Thing that really sucks is it isn't snowing really anywhere out west either!!! Last year was a bad year in Montana still left the sled out there all winter and had some decent rides, not like the year before!!!

Yep, 49 and rain/drizzle today. 3/4 of the snow we had melted between yesterday and today. Anyone want to buy a 2011 Freeride with 16 miles?

Let's hope Mr. Dee is correct on this. he was hoping all last year the snow would come up in the UP of MI but never really came. I would like to get a few miles around my own house instead of driving out west. It is a bit cheaper on the wallet.

350 miles in the UP last year, about 30 in MN. This winter is starting exactly like last year. Some early snow, then warm temps, then nothing. Might be time to stick with just snowboarding. At least ski areas can make crappy snow when temps are down.

Send some of that north ward please. We have maybe 2". 9:42 am. Starting to pick up now. More along the North Shore today possibly.

winter is finally here. Woke up to a solid 7" and calling for another 3-6. Dense heavy snow that should make a great base. It's a start. Might even be able to ride this year around home.
