The wording at the end is odd.

"If you wish not to enter, choose "Done" below."

So if I clicked "Done" did I enter or not?

Ya your correct, it could be worded better. I'll reword it. The intention was that some people may not want to enter their name and email but still are willing to take the survey.

So if you did not enter your name and email you did not get entered because we have no way to contact you. If you did enter your info, then you are in the drawing.

I just completed the survey, good questions, easy to navigate, and the final page is easy to understand (I'm assuming this is the new wording).

A question I didn't see but is of concern to someone like myself who shops on-line but in a different time zone that prevents contact during normal business hours. "How do you prefer to contact an on-line vendor? Telephone, Email, USPS, Facebook, Etc" I prefer to talk to a business via the telephone, but usually I end up using email due to the time zone differences. I love businesses that have an after hours person that answers the phone and can answer my question.
